What Is Ultraformer MPT / US360 HIFU?
Ultraformer MPT is a new generation HIFU system designed for non-invasive face lift, skin tightening, and body contouring. It uses Micro & Macro Focused Ultrasound (MMFU) to target multiple depths of the skin and fat layer in one treatment.
The US360 HIFU platform is designed for deep skin tightening and fat reduction, especially on areas like abdomen, thighs, arms and flanks. It delivers high-intensity ultrasound energy into the fat layer to trigger fat cell destruction and gradual body contouring.

What to Expect During Your HIFU Session
- Consultation & Assessment
Our practitioner examines your skin, discusses your goals, and decides which cartridges and depths are best for you (face, neck and/or body). - Cleansing & Marking
The treatment area is cleansed and a gel is applied. Treatment lines may be marked to guide precise energy delivery. - HIFU Delivery
The handpiece is moved across the skin, delivering focused ultrasound shots.
You may feel warmth or tingling deep under the skin.
Most people describe it as uncomfortable but tolerable rather than painful, especially with the newer MPT micro-pulse mode.
- Duration
Full face & neck: typically 45–90 minutes
Small areas (jawline, double chin, eyes): 20–40 minutes
Body zones: vary by size
- After Treatment
Mild redness or swelling can occur and usually settles within hours to a couple of days.
Makeup and normal activities can usually be resumed the same day (unless advised otherwise).
Who Is a Good Candidate?
You may be suitable for Ultraformer MPT / US360 HIFU if:
- You notice mild to moderate skin laxity on face, jawline or neck
- You want to improve facial contours without surgery
- You have localised pockets of fat (e.g. double chin, abdomen) that do not respond to diet or exercise
- You are not ready for or do not want surgical lifting procedures
HIFU may not be ideal if you:
- Have very severe skin laxity (may need surgical options)
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have open wounds, active severe acne or infections in the treatment area
- Have certain implanted electronic devices (to be checked in consultation)
